Welcome 

Hey, I'm Leena, a Registered Dietitian.

 

More importantly, I am someone that cares deeply about helping you optimise your health and feel your best.

 

After 7 years of training & working in healthcare, I have had the opportunity to support people nutritionally, during some of their most physically & mentally challenging periods. 

As grateful as I am for these experiences, they led to me to the great realisation of how we can often take our health for granted.

It grew a deep desire in me to dedicate my energy and efforts to  understanding how we can do our part to nourish our health, from the inside out.​

My mission

Throughout my years of practice & learning, I continue to discover the power of nutrition, movement and mindful practices.

Seeing firsthand the impact that nutrition can have on both illness and recovery made something very clear to me; whilst nutrition plays a vital role in treatment, it is just as powerful in prevention.

 

This realisation is a large part of what inspired me to create 'The Nourish Society.'

 

My mission is to support & empower you to nourish yourself through a holistic approach to health; at the same time I want you to feel part of a beautiful community.

 

 

A different approach

Here at the Nourish Society, we are on a mission to do things differently.

At The Nourish Society, nourishment goes beyond simply following rules about food.

Our approach isn't about restriction. It's about building your confidence and deep desire to nourish yourself intentionally.

It means understanding the science behind nutrition, learning how to care for your body with intention and creating mindful habits that support your wellbeing for the long term.

 

So much of our long-term health can be shaped by the small choices that we make daily.

However, it can be understandably overwhelming knowing where to begin & where to turn to for meaningful & reliable guidance to support us in taking those steps. 

It can also feel confusing when we're constantly being bombarded with the latest nutrition & wellness trends, that leave us questioning whether they're worth a go or not.
